Founded by Jess and Shayne, our mission is to provide seamless services that empower people to overcome barriers and achieve their goals, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and rewarding life.
Our Story
Jess and Shayne, the passionate co-founders of The Capable Co, bring a wealth of experience and dedication to their roles. Both have extensive backgrounds in the disability sector, having worked as support worker coordinators, psychosocial recovery coaches, and in support schools. Through their hands-on experience, they have identified significant gaps in the system and are committed to addressing these challenges, one step at a time.
Their journey began with a shared vision: to create a place where everyone feels valued and heard, regardless of their background or abilities. They understand that life presents new challenges every day, but with a strong support network and collaborative efforts involving friends and family, participants can lead enriched and empowered lives.
